Let's continue the week dedicated to Limp Bizkit.
October 17, 2000, is a date that marks Limp Bizkit's history with the release of their album "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water." Selling over a million copies in the United States in the first week and accumulating over 18 million total sales, the album makes the band a worldwide phenomenon. The lead single, "Take a Look Around," is part of the soundtrack for "Mission: Impossible 2." In 2001, Limp Bizkit performed at the Big Day Out festival in Sydney, Australia, an event sadly marked by a tragic incident. During their performance, young Jessica Michalik suffered a heart attack, and difficult rescues led to her death within hours, sparking controversy over safety and Fred Durst's involvement in suggesting aggressive behavior to the audience. In the same year, guitarist Wes Borland left the band, citing dissatisfaction with his work with Limp Bizkit. With Mike Smith joining on guitar, 2003 saw the release of the album "Results May Vary."
Today, we present the renowned "Take A Look Around," enjoy listening!
